Rules
- Entrants, by submitting content, grant permission for Aggressor Adventures to use their content in Aggressor Adventures marketing efforts without additional compensation. This would include both electronic and print materials.
- Entrants, by entering contest, grant permission for Aggressor Adventures to add their email to their eNewsletter. Entrants may unsubscribe at anytime.
- Only one entry per email address.
- Photos are optional.
- Winners will be alerted through email on Nov. 1.
- Travel vouchers may be redeemed on any Aggressor adventure and will be valid for one year.
I hereby grant Aggressor Adventures permission to use my content in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
Terms and Conditions
I understand and agree that all content will become the property of the Aggressor Adventures and will not be returned.
I hereby irrevocably authorize the Aggressor Adventures to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the content for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Aggressor Adventures from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
